Each batch is mixed for uniform consistency, hydrated and tested to optimal field capacity, then packaged for pasteurization. Once pasteurization process is complete, the bags are carefully double heat sealed in front of a commercial grade laminar flow hood and are stored in a clean room until ready for shipping.
